Fish, Snails & Plants Perfect Health Promise

All our fish, snails & plants have a Perfect Health Arrival guarantee. However, for the following reasons, we cannot guarantee beyond that

A lot of different reasons can effect why a fish does not settle into its new environment, these range from:

  • Unsuitable water conditions – Incorrect PH, high ammonia and nitrite levels.
  • Tank bullies – Some fish are very passive and will not mix well with more boisterous tank mates, so please do your research.
  • Incorrect tank size – Please research the fish you are buying, some will get stressed if in a tank to small.

Returns & Refunds

  • We are happy to replace any dead on arrivals. We require you to send us photographic evidence (or a video) within the hour of receiving your parcel at your address. This needs to contain the fish bag unopened or tubes containing your snails. In some circumstances, we will need you to ship us back your purchased item before we issue a refund. We will either refund, send you a credit code for you to use on your next order, or send you a replacement. Due to the complexities of shipping and the cost, we do not refund postage. Please note replacement postage will need to be paid by the customer due to the huge increase in postage costs.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
